The Karis offering to Developers is based on an integrated approach where our team, with extensive development experience, becomes an extension of your business, without the hassle of staff selection, management, payroll administration etc. As staff and salaries become a fixed cost, we offer the Marketing- and Sales function as a variable out-sourced cost.
Our engagement would typically start way before the actual selling. We prefer to be involved in sharing market intelligence when deciding on design and lay-out as to what the market and area demand. Our team can then assist with the design of the marketing material such as brochures, bill-boards, script writing for advertisements and web-site layout and design.
Once the preferred channel to market is decided upon, we have in-house specialists that can assist with arrangement of high end launch events, cocktail evenings, investor presentations right through to on-site show days.
In managing the sales cycle, our admin team will keep reports of OTP’s received, compliance to FICA legislation, the status of finance applications, deposits paid to Transferring Attorneys, etc. In addition, our team is responsible for the continuous update of units for sale on our OMS (Office Management System) that pulls through to all major property web portals.
Our Sales Executives will then hand hold the new Owner throughout the process as the link between the Financial institutions (if finance is required), the Developer and the Transferring Attorneys. This would include assisting with the process of obtaining “happy letters” etc.
As a value-added service, our team, can also assist in an advisory capacity exposing our clients to our network Strategic Partners including contractors, engineers, architects etc. Through our Investment division we can also assist with the structuring of possible financing solutions.
