This upcoming township is set to feature two erven designated as "Special" for a "Retirement Centre," offering a maximum of 261 units with a 50% coverage, a 3-storey height allowance, and an FSR of 1.0.

Following the initial approval, the General Plan for the township was given the green light on 4 November 2020, with the final conditions of establishment, including erf numbers, being issued on 22 January 2021. An extension of time for the proclamation of the township has been granted until August 2024, with the possibility of further extensions as per the Tshwane Land Use Management Bylaw.

In support of the township application, various comprehensive studies and reports have been provided, such as water and sanitation, roads and stormwater, traffic impact assessment, electrical services, geotechnical, site layout plan and design, as well as an EIA exemption. Interested parties can request access to this documentation for review.

It's important to note that while the township has been approved, it has not yet been proclaimed, and no service agreements have been finalized. The responsibility for proclaiming the township lies with the prospective purchaser or developer who takes on this exciting opportunity.
